Who are the awards for?

The Talent Intelligence Awards celebrate the best of talent intelligence. The awards are for people and teams involved in talent intelligence, their managers, stakeholders and colleagues. Categories include awards for projects, individuals and teams. Nominations can be made from any geography and from any size of organisation.

What is the timeline for entering and judging?

The timeline for entering the talent intelligence awards and for announcing the winners is below:

15th November                                 Nominations close

w/c 22nd November                        Longlisting and final judging

Thursday 16th December               Winners announced at online awards ceremony 19.00 – 21.30

Can I enter multiple categories?

Yes, and we’d encourage you to do so! Once you have completed one form, your company information should be carried over into new forms so you will only have to enter your nomination content into subsequent forms. If, during judging, we recognise that your nomination is applicable to another award then we may contact you to check that you’re happy for your nomination to be entered in another category.

Is there an awards ceremony?

Yes, there is an awards ceremony. It will be held on Thursday 16th December online. Once you have nominated (or been nominated!) we will invite you to register for the event. Guests are also welcome to attend the event and it’s free to come along. Registration in advance is a must.

Who are the judges?

We’re thrilled to have secured some fantastic and knowledgeable judges with expertise that spans all our award categories. The judges are:

  2. Toby Culshaw, Talent Intelligence Leader: Worldwide Operations and Consumer at Amazon and founder of the Talent Intelligence Collective

  3. Ian Addison-Smith, Global Executive Talent Attraction Leader, EY Global Services Limited

  4. Sarah Vardey, Organisation Strategy Advisor to organisations including London Stock Exchange, Aviva, Thomson Reuters and RBS

  5. Elke Manjet, Global Head of Talent Attraction at SAP

  6. Cynthia Burkhardt, Global Head of Talent Acquisition at Kimberly-Clark

Each panellist will judge two or three categories and each category will be judged by three panellists.

What is the Talent Intelligence Collective?

The Talent Intelligence Collective is the chosen partner and a natural fit for the Talent Intelligence Awards. Stratigens hosts a monthly podcast with the Talent Intelligence Collective and so it seemed to fit well to welcome them as co-hosts for the industry awards.
